So I'm new to this whole blogging thing, but I thought I would give it a try. It'll mostly be a way for me to share some of the crafts I've been working on for my New Year's Resolution- don't purchase a single gift, this year I will make them ALL! For this to happen I have decided to teach myself to knit and crochet, I have learned to quill, I scrapbook and sew, and the list goes on.
Just so you guys know a bit about me, my name is Alecia and I'm 19. I have been crafting for as long as I can remember and now I work at Michaels Arts and Crafts which fuels my motivations.
This blog will link to other amazing blogs and websites and it -should- also have some of my own personal creations (aside from tweaking projects other people have done!).
So, to start things off right, I am in crochet school ( :D ) from the wonderful site CraftyMinx . So far it has been super helpful in guiding me through what I still needed to learn and has corrected things which I've been doing wrong. I strongly suggest it as it covers EVERYTHING! It's truly amazing.
